Shipping & Production Notice: Paper patterns are not stock items. We print each pattern fresh after you order it. Please allow one week for production before your pattern is mailed from Scottsburg, IN. As these are custom-printed items, we cannot offer returns or refunds on paper patterns.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

All orders are hand-crafted and processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Once your order reaches “Pre-Shipment” status, it will ship via UPS Ground and typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
