Made to Order: Our blanks are cut on-demand. If out of stock, please allow 1–2 weeks for us to replenish and fulfill your order. You will receive an email confirmation when it’s ready for shipping or pickup.

Longevity Tip: Store your finished star in a cool, dry place during the off-season. Do not wrap in plastic; a breathable storage area is best.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

All orders are hand-crafted and processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Once your order reaches “Pre-Shipment” status, it will ship via UPS Ground and typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
